Now that spring has sprung and the countdown to summer has started, it is time to get outdoors and start getting into shape. So why not join, a group of local ladies and men who will be getting fit outdoors at a camp near you.
The boot camp workout lasts 45 minutes. Each training session is deliberately different using shuttle runs, weight training, circuits and core work. Nutritional advice and a healthy eating plan are provided. Participants only need to bring a mat, hand weights and water.
We can guarantee if you stick to the diet plan provided and attend all sessions you WILL lose at least 1/2 stonne or drop a clothes size.

Park Farther Away. Things as simple as taking the stairs or walking instead of driving down the block can really add up in your daily caloric expenditure. Research says that if you spend as little as 10 minutes a day walking up and down stairs, you could lose as much as 10 pounds by the end of the year.
I would say that boot camp leaves you feeling energised and with a wonderful sense of achievement – this is the best bit for me. (Moira)
