GET FIT OUTSIDE, FEEL GREAT INSIDE!

Now that summer has arrived, it is time to get outdoors and start getting into shape. So why not join, a group of local ladies and men who will be getting fit outdoors at a camp near you.

The boot camp workout lasts 45 minutes. Each training session is deliberately different using shuttle runs, weight training, circuits and core work. Nutritional advice and a healthy eating plan are provided.  Participants only need to bring a mat, hand weights and water.

We can guarantee if you stick to the diet plan provided and attend all sessions you WILL lose at least 1/2 stonne or drop a clothes size.
